Life at BSK has been wonderful since the moment I went to the school. I would say it is one of the best schools in Kuwait, possibly 'the' best!
I joined when I first started going to school, so it is my first school ever. I have been in BSK since
Crèche until now; year 8. That makes it around 12-13 years in the British School of Kuwait!
Wow, that's all my life.
Every day, I wake up with a smile on my face knowing that each school day is going to be a blast. Though I have to get some sleep to wake up early at six o'clock. As I wake up, I get up to wash my face. Then, I get dressed and have some breakfast and brush my teeth. That's when I'm ready for school!
On our way to school, I'm always in a good mood and aren't worried about any homework or anything. This is because homework is the first thing I do!
The teachers at BSK are really good. They make us teach interesting things and they make it sound fun, that's the main reason I like school! Also, I have fun with my friends at break-times, which we have enough of. We also have AM registration and PM registration. This is just to verify to our tutors that we are here so they don't have to worry.
Our homework isn't that easy, nor hard. It's just normal homework that is doable but takes a lot of concentration! Tests are OK. Our teachers tell us to study for things, and that's exactly what comes in the test! We know that all our teachers want us to have fun but we need to study to help us in life.
I bet everybody ends the day in a good mood at BSK. How can things go wrong? If you get a bad grade, you should start thinking of ways on how you could have done better in it. It doesn't matter that you got a bad grade, what matters is what you know and if you have learned from your mistake.
So, I'd say life at BSK is a really good experience and that you'd definitely learn a lot from there!
